Makers’ Mercantile® is a community of crafters; comprised of those that crochet, knit, sew, embroider, weave, and felt- just to name a few! Head into the shop and you’ll find a colorful, cheerful environment filled with quality supplies and the expertise to turn your creative juices into reality.

They might be most known for their yarn selection, crochet, and knitting supplies, but that is in no way all that they are. The button wall is definitely something worth seeing on your next trip, and yes their fabric is wonderful! Beautiful cottons from AGF, linen blends from Kokka, fun jersey knits from Stenzo, some Liberty of London and velvet from incredible French designer Odile Bailloeul! Keep an eye on them as they continue to bring in more and more unique and quality garment fabrics. Beyond fabric, they also have a fantastic supply of ribbons and trims.

Located in Kent, WA on East Valley Highway, Makers’ Mercantile® is a great place for a crafting field trip or a meet up with friends, and the Makers’ Café will keep you going with espresso and treats while you visit. If you aren’t able to make the trip down, their website is full of all the wonderful treasure the shop holds and they ship daily to get you what you need.
