Check in:

• Doors open at 7pm

• You can use either entrance to the building. Signage will point you where to go! Line will start from the ballroom doors on the second floor and form down the east stairwell off of 10th Ave. There is an elevator in the building and the 10th Avenue East entrance to the building has a ramp.

• We'll aim to get everyone checked in as quickly as possible. Please be sure to have your ID and COVID-19 vaccine card ready to go (if you have not submitted it already). To help us out, you can also still submit your vaccine card ahead of time via this form: https://forms.gle/UspCxTK6DvBSFgfD6. If you choose to show proof of vaccination at the door, we will accept physical vaccine cards, digital cards, and photos/screenshots of cards. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO EITHER SUBMIT YOUR CARD AHEAD OF TIME OR HAVE PROOF OF VACCINATION READY TO SHOW AT THE DOOR!

• You’ll only need to give your name at the door. If you bought more than one ticket, please make sure your friends know whose name the tickets are under if they will be arriving separately. 

  Details:

• Light snacks will be provided, but more food is available at The Tin Table right across the hallway from the ballroom, which will be open until midnight. 

• Craft tables, sponsored by Wyldwood Creative, will include sticker making, button making and bedazzling (so bring something to bedazzle)!

• We have some truly awesome door prizes that you can win from our amazing 2023 sponsors!  We’ll do drawings throughout the night.

• Like past years, we’ll be having a “runway show” for anyone that wants to participate and show off what they are wearing. This is completely voluntary, but lots of fun! Sign up sheets will be available at the event. 

Getting There:

The ballroom is 3 blocks south of the Capitol Hill Lightrail Station. 

Directions from the south

• Take I-5 North

• Exit at Madison Street (Exit #164 A)

• Turn Right (east) onto Madison until Broadway Ave E

• Turn Left (north) onto Broadway until E Pine Street

• Turn Right (east) onto E Pine Street

• The Century Ballroom is on the first block, on the right hand side

Directions from the north

• Take 1-5 South

• Exit at Denny Way/Stewart Street (Exit #166)

• Go through 1st light

• Turn Left (east) onto Denny Way

• Cross I-5 and continue east to Broadway (you can either continue straight on Denny, or follow the arterial as it swerves left onto Olive)

• Turn Right (south) on Broadway until E Pine Street

• Turn Left (east) on E Pine Street

• The Century Ballroom is on the first block, on the right hand side

There is street parking throughout the neighborhood.  Street pay stations need to be paid UNTIL 10:00PM. Please read the hours on your pay station carefully.

If you are unable to locate a spot on the street, we recommend using Seattle Central College’s Harvard Garage at 1609 Harvard Ave. When there is not an attendant, pay via credit card at the paystation across from the booth. The paystation rate is $15 flat. Display your receipt face up on your dashboard.

Accessibilty:

There is an elevator in the building, and restrooms which are fully ADA compliant. In addition, the 10th Avenue East entrance to the building has a ramp.

Refunds & Waitlist:

• If you can no longer make it to the event, please let us know by 9/18/23 by emailing hello@seattlefrocktails.com. There is still a waitlist, so we may be able to release waitlist ticket(s) and then issue a refund. Unfortunately, Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable. All ticketing changes will close on 9/20/23, so we can finalize the guest list. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
